Terms of service

LookKind is an unincorporated brand operated from California by Ethan Agarwal as an individual sole proprietor. Support and legal notices may be sent to support@lookkind.com. Effective September 21, 2026.

LookKind provides AI-generated hair, grooming, makeup, and appearance concepts through one initial portrait and an interactive style dialogue. Each revision may update the portrait, explanation, routine, and third-party product links together. Results are synthetic and may be inaccurate. Any change in skin presentation, contour, or facial fullness is illustrative and is not a guarantee or prediction of skincare, weight change, or health outcomes.

You must be at least 18 years old. You may upload only your own image or an image for which you have the subject’s informed permission. Do not use LookKind to evaluate, identify, harass, sexualize, deceive, or impersonate another person.

Each consultation costs US $99 as a one-time purchase. It includes one successful opening visual direction, up to 10 successful dialogue revisions to that direction, and up to two motion previews when that feature is offered. Reasonable hourly request limits protect retries and prevent automated abuse. Payment is handled by Stripe. Taxes may apply where required.

If a technical failure prevents delivery and a retry does not work, contact support with the Stripe receipt. Valid duplicate charges and undelivered plans are eligible for correction or refund. Dissatisfaction with subjective styling choices alone does not automatically qualify for a refund, but support will make reasonable efforts to resolve quality issues.

LookKind does not diagnose hair or skin conditions and does not provide medical, dermatological, surgical, or mental-health advice. Patch test products, follow manufacturer directions, and consult a qualified professional for allergies, conditions, or permanent procedures.

Product links point to specific third-party listings for convenience. Display prices are checked on the date shown in the product and may change. Availability, suitability, pricing, claims, and retailer terms are outside LookKind’s control. The current links are not affiliate links or paid endorsements.

You may not upload unlawful content; images of minors; images without consent; sexual or exploitative material; or content intended for face recognition, discrimination, fraud, or impersonation. Automated access must follow published limits and payment requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is. The operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, third-party products, or decisions made solely from generated previews. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without limiting consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Any trade-name, local-registration, notice, or dispute provisions should be confirmed by qualified counsel.
