Privacy policy

LookKind is an unincorporated brand operated from California by Ethan Agarwal as an individual sole proprietor. Privacy requests may be sent to support@lookkind.com. Effective September 21, 2026.

LookKind is designed to create a style plan without building a face database. We do not sell personal information, use your source media for advertising, identify you, create biometric templates, or train our own models on your photos or video.

When you request a plan, we process three face-angle images, your styling goal, optional preferences, an age-and-consent confirmation, and a Stripe checkout-session reference. If you choose video capture, your browser extracts three frames before upload. Stripe processes payment details; LookKind does not receive your card number.

During the consultation, we also process your recent dialogue, the current generated portrait, and the current recommendation so the next revision can preserve what you did not ask to change.

The production API passes the three reference images to OpenAI only to generate the opening recommendation and portrait. For a dialogue revision, it also sends the current generated portrait, the requested change, and limited recent context. LookKind does not intentionally persist source media, dialogue, or generated media in its own database or object storage. Results are delivered to your browser or agent, so you control whether and where they are saved after delivery.

LookKind uses OpenAI for consultation text and image generation, Stripe for checkout and payment verification, and the hosting provider for secure application delivery. Each provider processes data under its own terms and data controls.

LookKind does not intentionally infer or label race, ethnicity, gender identity, health, disability, religion, personality, socioeconomic status, or attractiveness. It does not perform face recognition or identity matching.

LookKind keeps payment and operational records only as needed for fulfillment, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. To enforce fair-use and abuse limits, LookKind stores a one-way hash of the checkout-session reference, successful-generation counters, short-lived request buckets, and timestamps. The application does not store uploaded or generated media files. Upstream providers may retain request data according to their configured API terms and controls.

The service is intended only for adults age 18 or older. Submit only your own image or an image you have clear permission to use.

You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of LookKind-held personal information by using the support page. We may need to verify the request and retain legally required transaction records.

This policy reflects the current product design and California-based operator information. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the operator’s circumstances and intended launch markets.
